Fee Information
Individual Therapy
My fee for individual therapy is $200 (incl. HST) per 50 minute session. Payment can be made by email money transfer or PayPal.

Couples or Family Therapy

My fee for couples or family therapy is $275 (incl. HST) per 50 minute session. Payment can be made by email money transfer or PayPal.

Psycho-Social Assessments
My fee varies from $400 to $1000 (incl. HST) for assessments, depending on the complexity of the report. The fee for Legal Aid cases is $339 (incl. HST).
This service includes a one-time 60-90 minute assessment with the client and a comprehensive written report. Payment must be made in by email money transfer or PayPal at the end of the session. The law firm involved will be invoiced directly for Legal Aid cases.

Cancellation Policy
If a session is to be cancelled or rescheduled, I must be given 24 hours notice or the full fee for the session will be charged.
Income Tax Receipts
Psychotherapy is considered a medical expense for income tax purposes. If your insurance will not provide coverage, receipts can be provided upon request and submitted as an expense.
Insurance Plans
Services may be covered in full or in part by your extended health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
• How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Non-Coverage
What is your emotional health worth to you? Psychotherapy can be an expense, but personal investments often are. Just as you may spend money on a gym membership or furthering your education, therapy is a personal investment that you are making for yourself and in yourself.
